Function of Feeder Unit：
Continous or skip feeding is available with counter.
Sun Automation Lead Edge Feeder with strong vacuum transfer for precise and stable feeding.
Variable frequency drive control for vacuum blower fan for increased or deceased vacuum suction to match different size of vacuum blower fan for increased or decreased vacuum suction to match different sizes of paperboard.
Feeding roll is made of two-layer rubber,inner layer is soft and outer is hard this makes inner layer more flexible and surface more wear-resistant,and reduce the flute damage of the paperboard.
Dust removal system with brush and segmented vacuum sheet cleaner.
Self-locked system adopted for adjusting feeding rolls gap.Motorized and PLC control of feeder side guides.
Motorized backstop forward/backward and up/down position for easy and quick adjustment.
Main motor is protected form starting up when units are not fully closed and locked.
Function of Printer Unit With Vacuum Transferring：
Available with either Matthews or Roll mounting system.
Printing register is digitally controlled by motor and PLC.
Transverse register is also digitally controlled by motor and PLC(±10mm).
Quick set and self locking pull collars.
A fixed device of printing register and brake of electromagnetic clutch is used when the is opened. Upened closing the unit,the position are precisely restored so the unit is ready for printing without adjustment.
Cleaning Function can automatically switched to ensure the ink recycling htoroughly.

Function of Die-cutter unit：
De-cutting register is digitally controlled by motor and PLC.
The die-cut cylinder cylinder lateral register is digitally controlled by motor and PLC,rang about ±10mm.
Motorized caliper adjustment between anvil roll and die drum.
Auto Speed Compensation system controlled by the independent motor can achieve the superb die accuracy.
Anvil trimmer to keep surface of the anvil covers flat and smooth.
Function of Piling Department：
Installed with safeguard mechanism the paper-receiving arm can operated by hand automati-cally in order to prevent the sudden falling down of the paper-receiving arm for the safety of the operating personnel.
The rising and descending of the machine tool platform are driven by the powerful chain.
The height of piling is 1600mm.
With the paperboard's piling to the higher level the machine tool platform automatically adjusts the tilting height,Lifting and descending the electrical machinery.Equipped with the function,so the machine tool can keep the fixed position to prevent falling down.
The organization of lift the paper ty pneumatic motion. The paper receiving tray will automatically open and catch the paperboard while the paperboards are piled to the planned height.
The surface corrugated belt can prevent the sliding of the paperboard.
